Such a great experience with happy hippo, junk removal and Micah. He was on time, respectful and has great customer service. I won’t use another service again. It’s happy hippo for me! 5 Stars — Excellent Service, Professional, Careful, and Fairly Priced!

I recently hired Happy Hippo Junk Removal to remove several large pieces of furniture from my second-floor condo, including sofas, chairs, a desk, a dining table and chairs, and a coffee table.

Micah, the owner, and Nick personally handled the removal, and I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. Both were extremely polite, professional, courteous, and careful with my furniture and property.

Although they arrived later than originally scheduled, they kept me informed of the delay, which I appreciated. Once they arrived, they worked efficiently and had everything removed in approximately one hour. They navigated the second-floor location without any problems, and there was absolutely no damage to my walls, doorways, or anything else.

Another thing I really appreciated was their straightforward pricing. Micah quoted me $595 for the entire job, and that was exactly what I paid. No surprises, hidden fees, or last-minute adjustments.

It's refreshing to find a company that does what it promises, treats customers and their property with respect, and makes what could be a stressful experience completely hassle-free.
